Quick friendly service. Good food and prices.

This was not a good experience for us! We went in with mask (a family of 5) except my little one -an 8 years old - which according to a sign outside wasn't required to. The front employee was very mean and rude when she told us that the little girl couldnt be on the store without a mask. I told her about the sign outside and she wouldn't care. The manager needs to have a conversation about manners with this employee. I understand the pressure they're in, but the way she handled the situation was completely inappropriate.

The young lady whom makes the sandwiches is rude. I have been to this location over 50 times and never had a problem tell she started about a month ago. Everytime I see her in the store I walk back out, I just walked out today (Nov 13, 2019) at 3:10.

The sandwiches are pretty good, I love the choices of toppings, and the cookies are mouth-wateringly good. The chicken salad is a little dry for my taste, so it's important to remember to add mayonnaise to that one even though you think you shouldn't need to since it's already in the mixture. The salads are very good too, but a tip for people using them for catering - make sure to order things like bacon, eggs, onions, etc on the side if you're getting a giant salad to accommodate everyone who might have certain dietary restrictions.

Understand that I should have had the full amount to pay with but was only short 2 pennies. I was forced to run a good distance in the rain to get just 2 pennies. Was cashed out by Melissa. Have also been told by staff before this that when by themselves they turn off the milkshake machine so they won't be as busy.

Everyone was friendly and the food was very tasty. First time eating at a Potbelly's but it was a pleasant experience so we will continue to eat there.

Poor service at this location. The young girl didn’t even know what my order was when I got to the front. She got someone else to prepare my salad and they still ended up making the wrong salad smh. People have bad days but this was unacceptable.

I think I made very bad choice last night. My husband and I went to here for dinner, the customer service was horrible, the server acted like they hated what they are doing . The food was not that tasty. Especially the Mac & cheese, it tasted like left over from last night. This morning my stomach was really upset, and I had to take half day off because of that. I would NOT recommend this place to any of my friend, if I could rate zero for this place, I would.

I can't speak highly enough of Potbelly. No matter which location -- they are all great. Highest quality bread, meat, and toppings. The hot peppers are the best -- I keep them in-stock at home. Cookies are soft and very tasty.

Very nice employees. We went almost as soon as they opened and there was hardly anyone there. Towards lunch it got busier, but they kept the line moving fine.

Love the sandwiches at this place. It depends on the staff but service is friendly.

This Potbelly has outdoor seating. I recommend to ask for "thin-cut" sandwiches, they really have significantly less bread and hence are healthier than regular sandwiches.

Good sandwiches, good service. Typical sandwich fair, also soup and salad. Nice decor, booths, high and low tables. Child seats available.

Never a bad experience in Potbelly. All the workers are very friendly.

This Potbelly had the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They opened late at 11:10 and then were rude at the register because they had a good amount of people already and weren’t all the way prepared. That’s not the customers fault. Also, I came back in to understand how the smoothie I ordered was made because I needed to be sure it wasn’t ice cream based and with an attitude the lady explained it was a yogurt based smoothie. I never leave bad reviews but after this experience I had to. I will never eat at this particular potbelly again.

The sandwiches are well made and crisp, and their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are a real treat!

I love this place , but management need to do Better job on cleaning and maintenance ,the place is getting dirty and bathroom hand soap broke .

Good food, the person who helped me never changed her work gloves when she was handling the previous orders before mine. She used the same gloves when she was fixing food and going to get new cheese to refill the bin. This is the person who took my order today.

Stephanie is the best!!! My job is always catering from Potbelly in DC and I absolutely fell in love with the sandwiches. I told her that I wasn't sure how the sandwich was made but I really hope it is the same as work. She said that she was going to make sure I come back and I can't lie, she did that!!! Ingredients were fresh and her customer service was outstanding. Glad she turned me into a believer!!

Love this place, one of the closest restaurants that l have visited that reminds me of a good New York deli samich that l grew up on..would love a pastrami on rye w/deli mustard but the turkey club was good.

Changed salad dressing from what I remembered. Old was better.

The food preparers were friendly and great. Ignored by cashier even after greeting her. She continued whatever she was doing without so much as a please wait a moment. Someone from the back had to come help me.... she still never even looked up

My son loves this place. They make incredible sandwiches! Good quality meals can be found in this place. Great with high school kids that visited every day.

I've eaten at Potbelly Sandwich Shops all over and they're consistent... I'll give them that. I order (damn near) the same thing every time at every location and it's spot on each time. A definite win for a quick and filling lunch spot.

Good food, long wait.

Very slow service says that you will only be in line for 8 mins tops. I was in line for 15 mins with 4 people in the store........... other than the wait the food itself was mediocre. Probably would end up eating here again if someone asked me to come.

Ok sandwiches, a bit pricey.

1/13/2020 1:25 pm order 372 was helped by Eletta. Don't worry, i tell everyone to go to you guys. With service like i received today, i will come back at least a once a week. I go to the one in laurel and columbia and silver spring also. I am always impressed with the high professionalism, but college park is the best by far. I was getting visibly upset in my face from the guy in front of me taking 10 min to order a sandwich. The girl in a rush to get my sandwich made, made it a size too small but quickly corrected it and all with a smile.

The young lady at the register was so sweet she gave me a free cookie due to the restaurant being out of the broccoli cheddar soup I wanted. Definitely would go back.

You can;t go wrong getting sandwich here. Great staff . Nice selection. Fast service..

Been goin there since 2006 and has never disappointed! Great sandwiches and open until 11pm while the university is in session.
